Tow Hooks
I need some help.
I am in the wrong forum but your trucks used the same tow hooks as a 67. I have researched the forum and archives, and have not found a picture of an original frame horn mount for a 67 with tow hooks, so I am hoping a 63-66 picture might show something. The hooks will barely even fit onto the frame much less allow room for tow straps and such. And how do you account for the uneven mounting level? Use a washer for the front bolt holes? I have seen pictures showing them facing front and back. It makes sense that they face forward, (open to the front) for the 67-68 hooks, since they have more curve and also are thicker. Does anyone have any pictures they can take of a known original 63-68 mount? Thanks, Mike

Re: Tow Hooks
I appreciate it.
I know what they look like, I have a pair, but I can't figure out a clean way they mount. Hoping someone has a set mounted somewhere or at the least a picture of a truck with them on it.

Re: Tow Hooks
Thanks for the picture.
Super clean looking truck! I thought that style hook was only used for the rear. Now I am totally confused. Maybe I should just mount them the way I want. If there were that few, they may have been mounted different each time. That style hook makes more sense than the one I know is correct. There is room to mount it.
