Wonder what surgery they did on the lower 'a' pillars...?

Looks to be a little bit of a 'fix it quickie' job.

17,000 dollars and you leave the welds on the rocker looking like that? If you are ok with leaving work like that in plain sight what do you do in spots that are not as visible?
