hole in heater box?
On the metal heater box where the defroster at the floor hump is,There is a square hole on the left side of the metal heater box above the gas pedal. Is there something that covers this hole or does it stay open. ? Can someone post a picture so I can see what it looks like? Is there suppose to be a metal plate there? If so does someone have one I can buy? Thank you. Dave

Yea the GM technical manual refers to it as a "Drivers side tootsie warmer"
