Off to have a baby
Well, the doctor said lets get this baby out! So, tomorrow, my wife and I are going to the hospital to have a baby! I'm very excited and nervous. We know it is a girl, but I'll still try to get her interested in trucks!
I'll be off line for a while so don't let anything too important happen around here while I'm gone.

Good luck and congrats!
Yeah, start preparing now for the "you can't date my daughter" battle, and the ever-popular "Damn, I have to pay for the wedding" affair. Tons of fun.

....ain't nuttin' wrong with girls.
Hey! My wife and I have a blended family. I have two girls from the ex-wife and she has a son and daughter from her first marriage (she was widowed). Then, we have a son. So, as the father of three girls and two boys, I can tell you that boys are easier and girls are, too. If that makes sense, you are really in for an education. My oldest is a girl. Her husband is really into old trucks and he has ME to thank for that. Only the middle girl is non-chalant when it comes to old vehicles. ALL of the rest of them are unregistered car nuts. As of July of this year ('03), we will officially have all of our kids in their 20's....until September, when the oldest turns the big three-oh. Uh-oh. My age is starting to show, too. But, I REFUSE to grow up. I just want to live long enough to be as much of a problem to them, as they were to us. Really, they are all good kids. You'll see. IF this is your first, cherish every moment that you have with them. When they are spread to the four corners of the earth, you will be glad you did. We have one in Fla., one in Rhode Island and the youngest is serving in the USAF, and playing in the sand......with his time zone being 10 hours ahead of ours. The other two? Can't run 'em out of town.

Congratulations
You need to start her early. That's what I did . My daughter loves riding in my truck and always eggs me on to go faster. She's gonna get me a ticket one of these days. Congrats, Dan

Congratulations! Hope everything goes well! I'm sure she'll love trucks if you do! You'll definitely have to teach her how to drive in it, just don't let her take it out on her own!

congrats! my wife and i just had a little girl in december. great fun! she rode home from the hospital in my '72 sub. not! my wife vetoed that idea. something about it not being safe enough. i guess it does have bald tires, worn out brakes and front end, exhaust leak...the list goes on. anyway, now i've got an excuse to fix all of the above, plus sneak in a few extras (big block, overdrive, paint).
