where to buy short bed step sides????
im want to convert my 73 chevy c10 to a short bed step side, the only thing is where to find them? im willing to buy a used bed, but i really want to buy new one. anybody knows of a web site to find a step side?? im wanting about the step side about 73-about 78??

For a used bed you have to check junk yards, classified ads and Craig's List, daily. New bed parts can be purchased from many of the folks that advertise and support this forum, Mar-k, Classic Parts, etc.
Buying new parts will get expensive, fenders alone can run 200.00 each for imported steel.

we have two site vendors who can prolly help you with new aftermarkets.. I dont think you can get new from GM anymore CaptKaos and Tri-Pro Automotive come to mind to start
