Where is my horn supposed to be?
I recently bought a '79 C30 and the horn doesn't work. I have no idea why, but it doesn't really matter because I want to install an air horn anyway. I do however want to take advantage of the stock wiring, so where is the horn originally located? I think mine is missing because I can't find one anywhere...and there's a lot of extra wiring connectors laying around.

Wiring should be just behind the front grille beside the headlights somewhere, or just inside the engine compartment near the radiator sides, some had dual horns some had single. I think they are green wires not 100% sure.

Perfect! I have a green harness hanging out of the grille area I wasn't sure about. I'll probe it with my meter and see if the wiring still works...
