Pics of the Grandfathers

Today was such a beautiful day that the old boys decided to enjoy some fresh air and a little bit of sunshine while I cleaned out the garage. I couldn't resist snapping off a few pics. Granddad's old truck needing washing since its last one was back in March. Papaw's old truck is still waiting on seat insert material to come in. Other than that, it is done. I thought I would share some of the pics.

The white truck has a 4" front and 6" rear drop kit from Brothers. The wheels are 18"x10" Billet Specialties Vintech Dish.

What size tires are you running up front and out back? They look great!

Thank you, sir! Has anyone made any definite plans for meeting up? I plan on being down Friday at noon, or shortly after. I am also planning on hitting the coliseum Saturday morning. I am up for a meet!

The white truck has BF Goodrich G-Force KDW (traditional tread) 274/40ZR/18 all the way around on 18x10s. I like the way they fill the fenders and give it a "stalking look".

The blue truck is a restoration, with a color change. I like to show the two beside eachother. This way, the changes to the white truck can be more apparent.

Re: Pics of the Grandfathers

Papaw (my dad's dad) = Blue Custom 10 Deluxe fleetside
Granddad (my mom's dad) = white Custom 10 step-side a.k.a. Subtle

I found the white truck 10 years ago. It was completed 2 years ago. The fleetside was handed over Thanksgiving 2007. It returned from the paint/body shop in May. All it lacks is recovering the seat. I am waiting on material that I ordered back in Feb.
