Dana 60 splines
Do any of you guys know what spline count is in my Dana 60 on the rear of my 1970 GMC? This was a two wheel drive truck originally that I converted. I have heard it has 30 spline? I know the Fords these years had 16 spline. The reason I ask is that I converted this thing to four wheel drive and now I am looking to a locker.
Thanks Chad |

Re: Dana 60 splines
Mine was 35 spline but I had upgraded axelshafts in there. I would guess 30 is stock but I am guessing. Best to check by pullin one out.
