Drilling cast aluminium valve covers & baffle options

I was considering running a set of Corvette finned valve but I found some vintage Edelbrock finned w/provisions for drilling and installing pcv/breather/twist-on fill cap and the bottoms have non threaded boss's for baffels.
I am considering running Moroso baffled grommets. Anyone run these?

I am probably going to drill them out to 1-3/16 but the grommets say they are for 1.22 hole but I don't know that there is a hole saw or drill bit that size.

Anyone else done this lately?

If you can't find the exact same size bit or hole saw you might need to go a big smaller, then dremel or die grinder to get it just right.
