Vehicle weight??

Hi, love the site, too bad it took me this long to find it.I have a 77 3/4 ton Scottsdale, 2wd, 454/ TH400, 14 bolt rear. I just rebuilt the motor with 10:1 Flattops, dual plane, holley 750, it has the 781 high flow heads. Really screams. Ill get pics up as soon as it gets back from the paint shop. Sorry for the rambling, My question is if anyone might know the approx weight of this monster
Thanks in advance for any info.

Re: Vehicle weight??

My 82 3/4 ton 4wd with 454,TH400,np203,14bolt,and dana 60 wieghs 5200 empty. So take away the 203 it is about 150 lbs and the dana 60 is about 500 lbs, I'ld say it's about 4500 empty.

Re: Vehicle weight??

I weighed my 1980 step side with 454 and th400: 1860kgs or 4092lbs.

Thats with a 'dry rot' bed and a sheet of VERY DRY 3/8 plywood on top.
