Re: Coy C5 wheels

I believe that the design has changed on the wheels to make them work. If not all you would have ot do it grind a angle on your hub up front.

Re: Coy C5 wheels

If they have not changed there design, let me know I have a cad file that you can have 1/4" spacers made for to go between the centercaps and the face of the wheel and you dont have to grind anything on the hub of the rotor. Just have to find some one to cut them with a waterjet or laser for you. I used 1/4" aluminum for mine. I have sent this file to many of the board members that are running Coys and they work great.

Re: Coy C5 wheels

Al, have you done any c-notching or anything to the bump stops to get those tires to work? Do you bottom out or is there still a fair amount of suspension travel?

It has never bottomed out and there is about an inch and a half or so of room between the axle jousing and the frame...The bumpstops I took them off. I have not done a c-notch and I dont plan to...at least for now maybe when we do my air ride...
