Remote Power Door Locks
I installed a set of one peice windows from One Piece Products. I want to purchase and install a set of remote power door locks from LMC. Does anyone know if this will work since I don't have stock windows in my truck anymore? Thanks.

I personally would buy a better set than the ones LMC sells. Their instructions are poor and printed in china w/o much detail.Their are better sets available. They are a pain to get right like if you want the horn to beep and exterior lights and or inside lights to come on and such |

Re: Remote Power Door Locks
I am not using the One Piece or LMC parts, but I do have the Brothers one-piece windows kit and power door locks tied in to my security system. The Brothers kit does go up and down withour any clearance issues. The door lock actuator fits to the rear of the inner door (directly below the door lock plunger). It mounts in the area between the door panel and the window track. I hope this helps.

If they go stright up and down there should be no problem at all. When viewing there install instructions it looks like the brackets would be fine to clear the actuators but its hard to tell from there instructions. We do windows all the time but never ones from "One Piece". I don't see how it could not be worked out however, we put all kinds of stuff in vehicles that are made to fit something else just might have to adapt it to work. I don't see a real big problem.
