Whats the best front disc brake kit with spindle and everything need for 70c10?

I would have to say that it depends upon your definition of "best" or what level of "best" you really need.

There is nothing wrong with using stock parts if you are converting from drums, kit not required.
You can go all the way up to huge diameter rotors and multiple piston calipers and all of the $$$ you care to spend.

Good old factory 71-87 GM parts get my nod. Cheap to buy at any junkyard, cheap to buy parts for at any parts store. Well engineered.

^ I agree, if you want to dress 'em up get cross drilled rotors and powdercoat the calipers... as far a stopping power, the stockers work quite well with a good pad and rotor.
