Well, you guys did so well with my last unknown hose, I figured I would throw another one at y'all.

Let's see if I can explain this w/o confusing everyone.
OK. Well the hose in question is the blue tinted one. It is just there not hooked up to anything. The other end of the hose goes into a small cylindrical canister with two inputs on either side. On the same side as the blue hose, the green hose plugs into it. That hose feeds into a T conection. One side goes to the carb and the other goes to the item on the right of the pic tinted green. On the other side of the canister the red hose comes out and plugs into the red tinted item that appears to sit above or right next to the thermostat housing. The orange hose comes out and plugs into the vacumn advance on the distributor.
When I place my finger over the opening on the blue hose, the engine revs up quite a bit. So anyone know where it is to be pluged into??

Taqking a wild shot in the dark here. On the purple connection on my old thermo housing it didn't have that extra piece. Maybe someone added that on and didn't have enough ports on the adapter for the extra hose? Other than that I'd plug the end till you find the right spot. It's a big vaccum leak.

He he he, that's what I'm talking about. This is my dad's truck though and he likes it that way. Origional. I'm just trying to help him out and get it running ok for him since he doesn't have the time to work on it cause of work.

ok i went and checked.. and yeah....mine is nothing like yours! LOL...

My dad showed me where it goes. It goes into the red tinted item as well. I didn't see it because it was not in too good of a condition so you couldn't really tell there was a spot for it. I was told on another board what it was called too, but I already forgot. lol
