Pics of my Dump truck
Hopefully the link to my 83 GMC pictures will show. Thanks all-this is my first attempt at this type of activity.

Re: Pics of my Dump truck
Nice. I've always wanted a dump truck...I don't need one...but that's never been a good enough reason to stop me before.

Re: Pics of my Dump truck
Nice truck. I bought a dump truck this year and I have used it way more than I thought I would. They are fun, and handy!!
Where do you teach?

Re: Pics of my Dump truck
I'm diggin' it. Did you buy it that way or did you paint it yourself? I see me getting a dump truck next summer so I can start scrapping again.

Re: Pics of my Dump truck
Thanks for the comments. I teach here in Staten Island, NY. The truck was given to me and was all green. I am painting it myself. So far have replaced the hood, front fenders, bumper, grille and bezels. I have another set of almost new fenders. What I need to replace is the Chevy grille with a GMC one. Eventually I will have to get a PTO, the original is gone. Might take the dump body off and replace with a home made stake body. The engine is a crate motor GM 350. The engine has about 500 miles on it. It seems that my 81 Imperial, 63 Valiant and 57 Studebaker have, somehow, all become black and red like the truck.
