It already has the HD springs in front with 33x10.5x16.5 BFGoodrich mud terrains all around but i just want something to get a little more clearance but i do haul with it so it still needs the ridgidity. Re: lift kit

I do not believe there are spindle lifts currently available for 73-87s. You could add a coil spring spacer but eventually you will make out when the upper arm hits the coil spring bucket and your ball joints are maxed out.

A spindle lift would your best option... and you might be able to swap a 88-98 spindle over. I just don't know how compatible it would be with a 3/4 ton hub.. if there is even a difference in the bearings/races with a 1/2ton (88-98).

Re: lift kit

I've got a an 1.5" lift spring and a balljoint spacer on my 78 c20. I believe the only company that makes lift kits is AIM.

coil/balljoint-spacer&Coil/upper arm &coil/extended uppers and lowers

Re: lift kit

I currently have 3" lift coils on my truck. I found mine in a 3/4 ton that I parted out. I ordered ball joint spacers from airbagit.com a couple days ago. they were under $50 shipped
