What are the advantages / disadvantages of a quadrajet with primary and secondary vacume breaks vrs a quad with only a secondary vacume break like the one on my truck ? Thanks

There's not really an advantage or disadvantage. More of a disadvantage if you need to adjust for power I guess. If you only have a rear break, it's tough to adjust the opening rate of the secondary air valves. With the front only, it can be changed or fixed to open sooner/quicker, etc. I've never tried to fix a rear break opening rate.

There were three different setup/styles of breaks. Some had front and rear breaks, some only rear, and some only front.
