Hello from alberta
G'day to y'all,
This looks like a place I can get into - kept popping up while googling information on some of the old GMs... Current DD is an 82 GMC C2500 - with the 6.2 diesel. It's cheap to run; it hauls my camper and work gear... And it just wont die Current garage queen - is an 87 4Runner... It's my toy; Lifted, winched, built to wheel... Now the garage queen as it's patiently waiting on me to finish building the VW 1.6/1.9 Turbo diesel frankenmotor that will eventually power it. Keep looking to 'upgrade' the DD - need a 1ton for the new camper; but I just can't stand these new trucks that I should be looking at... I go hunting on kijiji/etc for a reasonable DD - and end up drooling over the 47-59 chev/gm's... Perhaps it's a sign... Decided I should consult the experts - thus I come here |

Re: Hello from alberta
AndyL ... 47-59 are great lookin trucks but I am partial to 67-72 trucks see the link below. If you want a truck as a DD this might be something to consider but as said...47-59 trucks are lookin trucks. Keep us posted.
