Almost Finished 88 1 Ton 4X4

I am almost finished with it. All I need is rubber floormat and 1 cab light lens.
1988 454 automatic 25,000 documented original miles on it. It used to be a rescue truck for Diboll FD. I bought the flatbed out of the junkyard and repaired it. This truck drives like a new one. Any way tell me what you think or if you have any other suggestions to make it better.

Nice truck. Only thing I see that would bring it up a notch are some stainless wheel covers.

Hook it up and work it...

Edit- Looks like you have a nursery. Might not be a concern, but that back window looks unprotected from a load shift.

Ew! Simulators look horrible on anything. Especially a square body. I would say all it needs is to be parked in my driveway...

Thanks for the suggestions. I might be goofy for building up a work truck but this one will not be worked to hard. Its more for just putting around town.

You know the largest Alcoa dealer anywhere is in Dallas right ?

http://www.southwestwheel.com/

Alcoas complete set with center caps and 32 lug nuts runs $ 962. Eagles, with caps and nuts run $ 719 a set.

Nice truck. I have an 88 V30 I bought new, currently has almost 13k on it. Make sure your front hubs are in the "free" position when not needed. The hubs "locked" really drags the mpg down.
