The images are reversed. Look at the lettering written on the firewall.

Hmmmm. I see the pics and Yes it does look to be a left hand drive truck.

But this pic has the wrighting on the firewall backwards.

But I can't see how this pic is flipped. I see the wheel on the wrong side but can't wrap my brain around how the pic could be flipped.

Sometimes if you scan a photo you have to tell it to reverse the image otherwise it will treat it like mirror. I had a crappy scanner that would do that to me at times.

I agree with the grill and engine pic. There is no way to flip the interior pic. Its like a mirror will only reverse left to right not up and down.

OK if the camera reverses it when it takes the picture and the scanner reverses it again and the upload reverses it again where does that leave us HMMM?

If you look real close you can see the wipers are set up for left hand drive so they travel in the same direction. If it were a right hand drive the wipers would travel in the opposite direction.

Were there any right-hand drive C20s built? Not likely, but let's say there were.

The engine compartment pic is the dead giveaway. They would have to have built a bunch of reversed parts. Just from what I see in the pic, that includes the block (fuel pump is on the wrong side), the water outlet, the heater housing, and the carb inlet.

It seems like an awful lot of work to go to to produce a right-hand drive.

Certainly not right hand drive. Even right hand drive had normal motors with the top radiator hose on the driver's side and the fuel line is backwards too.
