New guy's 71
This is my 71 Blazer. It's not real pretty, but I just wanted a reliable truck that we can do some trail riding in. I started with the drive train. Axles have been rebuilt with Auburn limited slip, rear has a disc brake kit and rebuilt drive shafts. Rebuilt TH350 and NP305. And GM 330HP crate engine. As you can see it is still a work in process.

Re: New guy's 71
Thanks, I coudn't find a bar that I liked, so I built one. It's alopt of fun working on these old trucks. You can still take a box of wrenches and work on it.

Re: New guy's 71
Nice Blazer This may sound like a dumb question but what's a BullBar? Is it the front bumper bars?

Re: New guy's 71
Thanks guys for the kind words. I assume "bull Bar" means push bar. No body makes them for our trucks anymore. So I made a template and fabricated it. I don't do alot of fabricating so I was kinda suprised it came out so well. My next project will be a spare tire/ can carrier for the back. Kayline used to make one that had the spare in the middle and a 5 gallaon can on each side. It was an assume piece but their out of business now. I'll keep you posted.
