Under hood braces?? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I need to replace the "foamy/plastic cushions" that go between the hood and the "brace bars" as in the pic attached. Does anybody know what they call these? I would like to get the correct items and not just foam if possible, but what did you folks use?
