carb size

what size carbs are you guys running. ive been told that mine is to small. it is a edelbrock 600. the engine is a 355 10.5-1 compression vortec heads comp cams 268 duration .477-.480 lift. ive been told that it should have a 750 on it. whats your opinion? thanks JOE

i have a 355 with high compression heads on it and i have an edelbrock 500 on it and its great. i get decent milage and it still takes off when i have my foot in it. your 600 should be fine for what your running. besides probably 80% of people are running over-carbed motors. bigger is not always better. a 750 wouldnt hurt but i thing your 600 is just fine
