I'm in the process of putting a Hot Rod Air kit in my truck. So far, not to bad.

That's good to know i been doing some research on Vintage air kit they look like stock and best thing they are specifically for each car not like the an universal stuff i have seen.

They clam that kit flows better cfm than Oem and u can get an upgrade over the stock if u got it.

I got the heater only and they got an system that works with my heater controls.

Re: Aftermarket air conditioning kits

I have put the Vintage Air setup into a couple of different vehicles. And other than just being time consuming, it was a rather easy install, and the results are fantastic. I have these systems in my '79 Jeep CJ-5 and in a '66 Mustang fastback, and they both will get cold enough to run my fiance out (well, the jeep has to have the top on it )
