They look like they are Summit brand wheels, series 50/51 to me. On page 261 of the current catalog.....hope that helps....!

they all look close but if you look at the rim it looks like it has a ridge that keeps going into the lip that none of those do
 i got a lead on them maybe being an older set of american racing wheels but i cant find any that look like it
