what's the bare minimum i would have to do to get the fenders removed so I can pull my cab? Its a 68 c20. does the front bumper, headlights, grill, inner fenders need to come off?

It's actually easier to pull everything at once. Just unbolt the fenders and take off the whole front clip. you can probably leave the bumper on.

where am i looking for bolts on this besides the rear of the fenders? I'm assuming i gotta unhook the inner fenders

yes inner fenders and down by the rocker panel from the backside of the fender. then unbolt the bottom of the grill and everything should lift off. Or you could leave the inner fenders attached(that's what I do)there's only a few holding those to the cab.

You have to also take off the wipers, to take off the cowl, and then you can access the top fender bolts.

what's it take to pop off the wipers? set screw?

There's a little clip that holds them on. I usually use a pair of vice grips next to the bulb at the end, put a cloth between the wiper and vice grips, and if you wiggle back and forth gently and pull, they usually come off pretty easy.

harness was cobbled when i got the truck so i just figured on cutting and replacing with an aftermarket complete kit. i will mark both ends of wires though when i cut just in case
