ok i ended up cutting 1 1/2 coil and used 3" spindles and got the truck 27 3/4" from the ground to the lip im happy with the way it looks my question is what happens with the brake line to the caliper mine has a bend and it fouls i has to straighten it to clear any ideas

i just bent the line down a little to clear the spindle and i raped a thicker tubing arond the rubber braker line where its close to the upper nut

I just bend the hard section at the end of the line to clear the ball joint nut. Never had any issues after that.

can i bend it that far with out braking the steel part of the line?

I've always been able to. I try and bend it against something roundish to give it a smooth radius so it's less likely to kink as if you did it by hand.

Use whatever is handy. What I mean is, if you just tweak the line without care, it will likely kink at the end of the line where it bolts to the caliper. You need to make sure and tweak it a little at a time over the first inch or so of the hard line section. If you have strong hands, you can just curve it a bit with your hands.

i use an openend wrench and bent mine just be sure not to break or kink it

i rested a piece of wood on top of the rotor and with another piece on top tap it flat !! worked slick!!!!!!!!

I have always had good luck just tapping on it wit a small hammer near the hose end of line, the key is to just strike it easy and bend it slowly. Of course watching carefully that the line does not kink, by tapping it easy with the hammer you can see it start to kink (if chooses too) and stop before it becomes a problem.

Kevin, if you can bend those lines with your hands, what have you been doing in your spare time......LOL.

what about these there off a c30 one ton i brought them 5 years ago i just thought about them wouldnt these work????
