Re: ?
too high for that mileage. I am not afraid of that kind of high mileage on the Gen III engines but it does affect price.
I think that is real high IMHO |

Re: ?
i bought a 1994 Sierra with a 4.3 and
144,400. Gave it away with 248,000, still running strong, using no oil. You can never tell. I always figure, if the price is right, I can fix all the mechanical stuff. If its rusted or rotted, I just pass. Guess the final decision is up to you. |

Re: 2003 Tahoe
I just sold a loaded 02 Tahoe with 159,000 for $7500, It had every option except the sunroof, aftermarket DVD, leather, power everything, I would keep shopping....Or make an offer, The milelage on the engine may not be an issue but plenty of folks have to buy new transmissions, on these trucks, mine went out at 115,000 it was a 4L60E. Granted I'm out west and all, but still I think he is a little too proud of it....

Re: 2003 Tahoe
Ihave a 02 c1500 I junked out at 305000. The truck still ran strong I just needed the front sheet metal more than the complete truck at that time. I sounds silly to some poeple but sometimes they are worth more in pieces and parts than all together. Jim
