help with air-ride

I am planing on puting air bags on the back of my truck and need some help designing a system for my 59 chevy that i am making into a rollback so the air ride has to be strong, the air bags that I am using are off of a frieghtliner truck. what size air tank do I need? how big of a compresser? I also plan on running a air hose off of the system. how about valving. does any one have any experties in designing a good system

if your using the large airbags i would suggest an engine powered compressor. the electric one i have run's a lot to keep up with my settings. i have the simplest set up air ride makes and i kind of wish i had a larger tank and 2 compressors. if your bags are substantial look in to belt powered compressors. I'm sure an old school bus would have one.
set us up with as build site so we can see the progress...

You might want to check into a York AC compressor. Im kind of a jeep nut too and have one to convert myself. Just do a search on "York on board air". You should be able to get at least 4cfm at 90psi, but I don't know if that will suit your needs.

Just picked up a york air conditioner compressor yesterday hope I have room,things are starting to get tight in the engine compartment.

Inner fenders are way over rated! Nice truck, if had too much money I would have an assortment of bulldog and COE trucks just to play with.
