Getting truck running after sitting for 10+yrs

Just bought a 67 c10 thats gonna be my second project truck IM GUESSING that it has been sitting for about 10+ years. The motor that is in the truck now is seized but it came with another I6 out of a 73 surburban that was runnig when they pulled it.

so what would it need to get completly running im guessing atleast

battery, oil/filter, flush gas tank/new gas filter, flush radiator

just go ahead and change brake lines or bleed them?

change gear oil?

take out transmission and check over??

anything else im missing?

thanks in advance!!

i did this with a boat motor. we pulled the pluds and filled the cylinder with atf. then let it sit for a week. then worker back and forth with a breaker bar on the crank

Pull the head off and soak the cylinders with a good penetrating oil for several days. When you can move it a little with a breaker bar. move it in the direction that will move the piston down in the cylinder or cylinder that will have rust showing on the walls. Crocus cloth it off using plenty of oil. Once you get the walls cleaned up it will move freely. If you force it without cleaning up the walls chances are you will break something. It doesn't take much rust, even in one cylinder, to stick an engine.

Any of what you listed are decent choices.

I agree here though I lean toward Kroil and a strap wrench.
Did you get the plugs out? If not, could it be full of water? (hydrauliced)?

Yea finally, It took me a while and a ton of PB blaster! they werent full of anything but rust all the way up and down the cylinder. so i put some PB blaster in and it still wont turn over, wont even budge. so ive opted for the spare, as soon as i get it off the stand and in the 67 the original is gettin a rebuild or sold.
