Big parts. MN to KS

Here are a few things in the way. Sakohntr has offered to haul to teeitups place. Bruce is heading down next week and randy has offered to store some parts for short term. Thanks to both of these guys for offering to do this!!!
67 bedsides. Need work but quite straight and useable. $85/PR
Trans case and trans from a 69 4x4. 221/3spd. I think i have the bellhousing and clutch also. $125
73 and up bucket seats. $25 on the brown one and $65 on the blue one. Priced according to condition.
Late model s-10 bucket seats in good condition. $50/PR (no pics)
Also have a 3:73 posi from a 67 1/2 ton with coils. $250 (no pics)
Dana 60 rear with leafs from a 3/4 ton big block truck. $150 ( no pics)
Buddy buckets from a dodge. $250
Also have hoods and cowels. Just ask, ya never know.
Side note, please don't ask sakohntr to stop here and there. He is on vacation with the family and offered to do this. And go easy on teeitup also. If some parts are there, please pick them up a soon as you can.

Re: Big parts. MN to KS

Eric, is the rust on the structure of the tan seat rusted through? Do you think I could blast it out? Considering that seat or blue. I know I need one to make a set for the crew cab build. Trevor

Re: Big parts. MN to KS

The blue one is much nicer. The brown one feels soft around the skirts but may be ok. There is also a bolt (maybe 2) that broke on the brown one whan i pulled the brackets.

Re: Big parts. MN to KS

Trevor, i just looked at the blue bucket seat i have. That pic must be an old one i sold. The other one i have looks about the same but a different pattern in the cover. Still in nice shape, but thought i would let you know. Eric

Re: Big parts. MN to KS

Eric, I wouldn't mind seeing some pics of it, that blue one sure looked like it could replace my under par one in my 71' right now, and that tan one looked like it would go with my other nice one with similar shape and pattern for the crew cab build. Is the other seat you have look real close to the foam in the other blue one pictured? Trevor

Re: Big parts. MN to KS

Eric, would you take a little less on the set??? The foam looks a little different at the top then the other one. The other one looked more like the shape of a 71-72' so this one will need some foam work done to it to make it appear like a 71-72' seat. Let me know, Trevor

Re: Big parts. MN to KS

Eric:
In line for the bedsides pending:

LWB? Looks that way, but I gotta confirm.
Does "need work" mean filling the big holes and bumping the dents on the lower edges?
I see rust through in the 5th pic on the first post. Is that the worst of the cancer?
In the 2nd pic, has the wheel arch been reworked, or am I just seeing it at a weird angle?
Is the jagged line on the driver's side putty, or just sanding from one paint color to another?

Just need an idea what I'm getting into for my $85. Thanks.

Loren

Yes they are LWB. Yes there is some rust through that is pictured and it looks like there will be a few small holes over the wheel arches. These are pretty straight overall. Just plan on doing some work to them to make them nice. If your intentions are building a nice show truck, these may not be for you. I think for what i priced them at, it is a good deal for what they are. Let me know if you have any other questions. Eric

LOL. I wouldn't know what to do with a show truck if it dropped in my lap. I'll take 'em. Thanks.
