CA WTB: Need factory door hinge bolts ('55-59) - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I am hanging the doors on my '55 and I can't find all of the original bolts. I like the look of the factory flanged bolts, but I can't find anybody that makes them in 3/8- 24. Most all flanged bolts I have found are coarse thread, and that won't work.

So- If anybody has them and aren't using them, I need 6 original bolts. Must be the flanged style with the serrated back side.

Sorry man I'm looking for them also, but for now I'm just using hex bolts and washers. I want the factory bolts but I'm ready to move on.lol I can't find them.

I went to that site and I could not find the 3/8-24 flange bolts that only had the same old 3/8-16 that chevyrestroguy mentioned. But thanks for the look out.

I picked up hard ware at fastenal yesterday, asked if they carried them, they Dont, but can order them from the company who makes them, but............I'd have to order a case of 1000 I believe is what he told me.............I tried............Sorry

i may be going to a junk yard near my place that has a couple of trucks that are pretty rotted but i could see about getting the bolts for you chevyrestoguy and Kabwe

I need 6 more to finish my set. I want all the ones in the door jamb to match. The ones inside the door aren't that critical to me because they get covered by the door panel.

Kabwe is looking for some, too.

Here are a few pictures I belive are the correct bolts for the 55-59 trucks. I will sell them for 5.00 each plus shippign of about 9.00

Most of the vendors have these replacement bolts.
