glove box pull

any tips or tricks on how to pull the inside of my glove box without tearing the cardboard up??

The two things that determine success is how brittle the cardboard is and dumb luck.... I have taken a few of the older ones out and saved them but most of them tear. I push down on the center of the top, which sucks the corners in and work the top out first. That way you can work it up and out and the angle of the top gives it more clearance. You just have to push, pull, & squeeze a little at a time. (that sounds a little kinky)...

If you tear it up getting it out you can get a new one from www.lmctruck.com page 47 for $12.95. I got one for mine and it's pretty good. I installed mine from the rear of the dash but I don't have A/C.
