NP203 conversion

Question, when the Mile Marker kit is installed, what exactly do the pieces in the t-case do? And why the lock-out hubs on the wheels and the parts in the case? I never quite figured that out.

Re: NP203 conversion

Their is a differential with spider gears in the rear ouput housing. The kit replaces the spider gears with "lock blocks" that makes the case true 2wd/ 4wd selectable with the shifter. The lockouts complete the deal, disconnecting the front wheels from the driveline.
