I have 2 sets of seat belts with no center belt (middle passenger). One set is blue and one is parchment.

Looking at them again though,
You sure those arent the interior color called gold? Parchment if rather white and those are looking like they are the same as my old 70 C-20 which is almost like light tan but called gold.
Let me know. I need parchment

The belts may be gold, it is hard to tell. They did come out of a 70 GMC with parchment interior, which is why I was leaning more toward parchment. Here are a few more close ups. Perhaps the model number and code is helpful to you to decipher if they are parchment or not. LMK what you think.
