Re: X-Mas truck wish list

hmmm I'm being conservative...
73-78 style headlight bezels
73-74 grill
dash lights
fuel sending unit
secured heater box
fixed rockers panels
cab light lenses
sounds more like a to do list!

Man, you have more dern cool trucks than anyone I have ever met. At least you have a 6.0/4l80, I am still searching. Unfortunately, I cant tear into mine right now as I just sold my Duramax truck and will be driving this everyday for now.

Re: X-Mas truck wish list

Mooneye's Silver, Red, or Orange metal flake steering wheel.
Set of 16" steel wheels off of a 88-98 3/4 ton with Dick Cepeck FCII's mounted on them
New carpet, dash pad, door panels, window channels, and seat belts.
Brush guard.
Alpine V-Power amp and 2 Alpine shallow mount 10" subs. (If they even make those subs.)
And finally, free gas for the rest of my life.

Re: X-Mas truck wish list

I'd like a 6.0/4L80
All new interior trim pieces
New smooth rear window
My spare set of rallies powder coated
A set of 255/70 BFG Radial T/A's
A new receiver hitch

But, I'd settle for the parts to rebuild the front end including ball joints, tie rod ends, all new bushings and shocks.

However, since I have a two week old baby, a step-daughter in college and not much work lately I'll probaby end up with socks, underwear and a box of Little Debbie cup cakes.

Re: X-Mas truck wish list

All the parts to build a parallel 4 link rear suspension, more flap disks so I can continue cleaning up the frame and some square tube so I can build another welding table.

And a job.

Later,
Jon D.

I don't want much, just a crew cab short bed so I can give my 13 year old son my '80 short bed, and make both of our Christmas wishes come true
