Need help identifying these wires and their purpose

I posted this in the electrical forum but I figured more 73-87 experts were here. I need to know what the wire is going in to the junction block is and what it goes to on the other end. The 1st arrow is the junction block, 2nd arrow is the wire going to ????? and the 3rd arrow is the wire from the fuse block for ????

It's for a 82 C10 but hopefully that helps. I used that to sort out my wires on the firewall. I can't really see your picture too well, but I think 3 goes to your starter, but I'm not sure on the other.
