AD weatherstripping, seals, etc.

Hey guys, I'm looking for all new seals and weatherstripping for my 49. I've read where Steele rubber is the place to get the cowl vent seal, but my question is would the Brothers "deluxe" kit be good for everything else, window seals, door seals, window channel, etc?

I'm looking for advice so I don't have to buy it twice, so thanks in advance!

Re: AD weatherstripping, seals, etc.

I bought the deluxe kit from brothers. Everything but the doors fit okay. After doing my doors with the brothers rubber, I had to readjust them a few times. I finally gave up on them and bought the steele rubber door kit. It was like night and day. The steele rubber fit perfect. I'm only knocking brothers door rubber. I've bought plenty of other stuff from them with good-great results.

Stick with Steele Rubber. It cost a bit more but you save on the Tylenol Extra Strength.
