Hello from NewMexico

Hello everyone
I recently picked up a one owner 72k mile 1970 c-20.
I did a google search for pics and came across this site. There is a ton of great info and pics that you guys have collected here.
The truck is in really good shape. No rust a few dents. About 20 holes drilled in the doors. The old guy I bought it from must have had quite a few different mirrors installed over the years.
Its fitted with the worn out original 350/th400. Ive been reading up on the BB Caddy swaps...looks intestering to say the least.

Welcome to the board from Texas. Me being from west Texas I know you can find a lot of rust free potential projects in new Mexico.

Re: Hello from NewMexico

Yup the truck looks to be a great starting point. Found a few spots of bondo in the RH rear cab corner, but nothing too serious.
Brakes are shot. should be getting disc brakes all done this weekend
