I've got a 6/8 on my dually. It's about as low as I'd want to go on a long wheelbase truck with no adjustability.

I ran a 7/12" drop with 15" wheels and low pro tires on mine for a few years before i bagged it. I was pretty much as low (static) as you can go without other major mods. In the front i had 3" drop spindle and oem coils with two coils cut = 4". In the rear i had a flip kit = 5", removed a few leaf springs = 4", and 3" blocks. I had my step notch and bed cut out with this setup. I don't have great pics as that was before digital cams but heres a few...
This long box has no bags apparently, i know nothing about it tho other than it looks sick, wished it was a shortbox, and was mine haha.

from what i can remember the white/green truck is dropped up front with drop spindles drop springs and sectioned crossmember with rack and pinion steering,
on the back he moved the leafs to the inside of frame and did a flip kit, and i forgot what else he did in back to get it lower but its gotta bridge notch and of course its tubbed |

75 half. Flip kit in back. Drop spindles/spring up front. Rides nice no problems.
