Post pics of Shaved Trucks
Okay all trying to sell the misses on the clean look. Looking for pics of 67-72 of course that have been shaved. Door handles, Molding, badging, DRIP RAIL's. Looking for that smooth like a Playboy Bunny's truck.
Any color is cool. |

Re: Post pics of Shaved Trucks
Just keep in mind that there is a huge amount of work involved in shaving one of these trucks...
While no doubt beautiful, even the one pictured above isn't completely shaved as the pinch weld under the rockers is still there as well as the tailgate handle.... If this is a father son project remember that your son (if anything like mine) will lose interest alot faster than you will be able to pump time and funds into it...trust me I have 2 teens and am battling the "lets mod it" thoughts that creep into my head.... Either way, good luck and enjoy the time spent with the kid

Re: Post pics of Shaved Trucks
Nice thing about the project is it is his truck so the interest level is based on the fact that he will not be able to drive when he turns 16 if it is not ready. Your right though there are things on that truck not shaved that I didn't even think about. (Tailgate how do you still make it functional, pinch points and even the drips are still on this one.) Good luck and thinks for the feedback
