New Custom heater controls

After a lot of R & D and countless hours here's my new heater controls, all milled from stainless steel, the switches operate vacuum control solenoids to switch hot water, floor and demist functions, the cool light comes on when the ac compressor kicks in and the fan lights in sequence to the fan speed
The top row of letters has an L.E.D strip for illumination and the bow ties have seperate L.E.Ds for illumination

Re: New Custom heater controls

Been wanting to do something like that with my 93', electronic controls and electric motors on the blend doors. Got a short somewhere. And I'd like to to be able to control the recirculate door.

Either that or I may just yank' it all out and install a Mohave.

Re: New Custom heater controls

great, now make one that fits in the original radio opening and put a CD player where the heater controls used to be

Re: New Custom heater controls

Thanks for all the comments guys, No I won't be makng these, I'd be making about 2c an hr
68c15 you asked how the temp was controlled, you can buy a kit, but all it does is shut your heater tap on and off via a temp sensor, so I figure I can do it myself just by varying the fan speed and switching the water on and off as required
