C/L Seattle not mine

This looks like a good deal, but I'm still learning about these trucks so I could be wrong.

Yap, it's been on craigslist multiple times with no purchase - the floor must be rotten out or something really awful...

That truck has also been on Craigs list several times over the last year that I know of. It has been listed at $1800.00 and now it looks like he came down $200.00. WES

I think one big problem why it does not sell is the location...
Its a good thing its too far away, I have no more room,
To me its a great candidate for shortening the bed, frame and painting back to black

ok this has to be a good deal.

Mark this ones for you. I think you need something bigger to haul your parts around in.

I think the reds seats and the big block should be worth at least 1600

Re: C/L Seattle not mine

LOL.... I had one of those.. bought it with the intention of doing swap meets.. the only thing that became of it was a big storage bin in the yard.. so I sold it..
I have something in the works that I am going to build to haul bigger/more stuff with.. A 68 C60 dually 4X4 crewcab, been collecting parts for the last couple of months... still need a 88-93 dodge cummins 6Bt drive train...

Around here the buddy buckets are worth $300-400.. and the 396 with all the brackets about $500-600 .. 396's are tough to sell as it seems unless you are trying to build a number matching vehicle peorple only seem to want the 454's or bigger.. ( I have a 69 Chevelle 325hp 396 thats a runner and can't get $400 for it)

I know down here the brackets are the expensive part. especially big block stuff. I'm friends with the guy that owns the wrecking yard and I still got the "kick rocks" look when I need a p/s pump bracket for my big block. If the motor has brackets on it none of the places around here will separate them. No one wants to buy a motor with no way to mount **** to it.

Even at 1,600 I would still love that truck for parts for mine, or even just a back up go-fer truck

Is it just me or does it look like the frame has been over stressed? I can't be certain with that topper on, but I think I see some deflection.
