Thumbs down Bad Ebayer

Anybody have any bad dealings with Fatrodder on e-bay?
Ordered a powder Coated Oilpan and Chrome Tranny pan
and have been avoided on and off for almost 3 weeks.
Wont give me the tracking number, but says it was shipped??

Just wondering before I leave feedback..

I'VE NEVER HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH HIM, BUT GIVE HIM ANOTHER WEEK & FLAME AWAY WITH HIS FEEDBACK. YOUR ALWAYS GOING TO RUN ACROSS SOME UNSCRUPULOIS (SP) SELLERS & BUYERS ON THE INTERNET. LUCKILY MY BAD TRANSACTIONS ARE RUNNING LESS THAN 1% ON EBAY OUT OF OVER 1000 TRANSACTIONS. LEAVE FEEDBACK (BE READY TO GET A RETALITORY NEG.) & REPORT YOUR TRANSACTION TO SAFE HARBOUR ON EBAY. IT MAY NOT HELP YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK, BUT IT'LL MAKE OTHER POTENTIAL VICTUMS AWARE OF THIS GUYS PRACTICES.

Check out the Chevytalk forum.

DanoDmano, he has a few negative feedbacks and one from a chevytalk member.

If you need stuff powder coated let me know, I do it in my garage. The largest think I can do is an SBC oil pan.

dont forget, ebay also provides fraud protection from $25-$200.

say you paid $150 ebay will refund you the whole ammount minus $25. unfortunetly the most ebay will pay you out is $200.

still definetly worth checking out

Sorry to hear about your eBay woes. I bought my TPI system on eBay ($$$ ) luckily I had a good seller who's continued to help me out after the sale. It's good to know who to watch out for...

DanoDmano, have you or can you powder coat headers?

You'll have to be careful opening yourself up to do powder coating on this board! JK

I was trying to sale my pontiac 400 block, crank, and rods on ebay. Someone bid it to my reserve won the auction, emailed me saying he would like to pick it up this weekend. That was like 3 weekends ago. I have emailed him, and started the NPB thing. I also got his phone number. I guess maybe I'll get drunk tonight and then call him and B#$%^ him out for wasting my time.

Had someone else do almost the same thing, then once I filed the NPB thing his girlfriend emailed me and said the guy died. I was like ok, but then I found out he was still bidding on stuff for his mustang.

71Blazer you must be asking me? Your headers can be powder coated with high temp powder coat. Can I do it? No I can't, they are too big to fit in my oven. I can do SBC oil pans and smaller i.e. valve covers, exhaust manifolds, intake manifolds, and the like.

There is no way I could powder coat for the board, I don’t have that much time. I don’t mind doing it for local people who need stuff done. If I had a big business I wouldn’t mind doing that, but this is a garage type deal. Just for side money to help pay for my projects.
