Question doors hard to close

Two questions.

The high and low horns on a Chevy truck 72 are they the same or how can I tell which one is which. I have the one closet to the radiator but the one to the left closest to fender is gone. Which is which?

Second question I replaced the rubber around the doors and they are very hard to close, I have to slam and hold to make them close. Is there a way to make the door close easier or do I have to live with this?
