slow drain on the battery

so far i have used a volt meter between negative battery post and negative battery cable, and even with everything unplugged from the fuse box there is still current between the two. is there any other systems that dont go through the fuse box? or any other ideals?

Re: slow drain on the battery

Connecting a voltmeter between a battery cable and post won't give you meaningful info. You want to connect an ammeter or test light that way.

Re: slow drain on the battery

pull the dome bulb in the ceiling out and recheck...I had a door switch fail and dimly lit the dome bulb...granted, I don't drive mine for a week at a time but battery would be dead
