Tailgate Chevrolet lettering

I need to know where to get letters [decals] for my aftermarket plain tailgate that say chevrolet similar in size to orig in black, any help or do i have to buy the 200 dollar trim piece that says it?

I have masked each letter off with fineline tape. It's not that tuff to do and, you save some cash& have fun& learn how!! try it ! ...Pat

He has one of the "no Chevrolet" aftermarket tailgates. Not having the letters stamped into the gate makes it a lot harder to mast them off

Get a sign painter to do ya a nice job with airbrush...unless you want stock-looking.

How good are those aftermarket tailgates? I have been thinking of one for my 72.

My tailgate is a tri-pro and seems ok , doesnt fit exactly like it should but good enough for me at least its not rusty!!
