Unhappy gotta question???

hey guys/gals uh i have a question i use to have a 1979 gmc 1ton big beutiful land yacht and me being dumb(needing cash) sold it for scrap i paid $1,500 and i got $100 now it is still sitting there in that yard would it be worth my while to go and buy it back ,keep in mind that truck was the first i ever learned to drive in. but i wanna know should i buy it back and re-build it considering the sentamental value on it .? thanks

i say do it. you're probably only going to have one shot at getting it back. plus how cool would it be to pass it down to the next generation? or teach a son, daughter, or grandchild to drive in that truck? i would definitely do it.

thanks guys i was seriously considering it now im definatly gonna do it it will need alot of work but sentimental value alone is woth it and yes before you all start hateing on me my avatar is a pic of my current ride and yes how ever much it hurts to say this it is a dodge....lol, it's all i could afford at the time

I'm ok with the Mopar avtar. My 69 cuda should have been my project instead of the stepside build. I've had it for 27 years. Don't know about others opinions (Everyone has one)

for now the mopar because it's wheels u know how things are so i need parts for it but i dont have any pics of the gmc but ill try to find some....basically it looks like ur avatar except not a dually!
