manual valve air ride

Hay guys Iv been looking at a manual valve air ride kit from suisidedoors.com for my 62 chevy swb has anybody used or seen a setup like this does it fill and dump supper slow any info would help a lot......

it is quite a bit slower than an electric valve setup, but its not disappointing slow unless you want to flick a switch and go.

I saw some mention of it but when I investigated further on the web-site, couldn't get much specific detail.
