What size shocks and wheel back spacing???

I'm doing a frame off on my truck and have all the chassis components replaced now and back on the frame and the last thing I need to do is the shocks before I blow it all apart and paint it.

I did a 2 1/2" drop spindles on the front and converted it to disc brakes and put 4" drop coils on the rear. Can I run factory shocks or should I go with something shorter since it has been dropped?

The wheels that are on it are just to roll it around during the restoration. I am thinking about putting some Coys on it when I'm done. Maybe 18 in the front and 19 in the rears. Want to have some meat on the ground but don't want any problem with clearance or the front when turning it lock to lock anyone know what kind of back spacing I should use on a 10 inch rim?
